Terms of website use

The law says we have to put terms and conditions on our websites. You should read the whole document for the complete story, but here's a brief summary:

1. You are granted limited non-comercial permission to use and download images from these websites.
2. If you upload anything to these websites, then you give us permission to use it, and you give other users limited permission to use it.

The WatchFace websites (the websites) are operated by Hobbyist Software Limited (also referred to as “we” and “our” in these terms). Information about Hobbyist Software Ltd is shown in the footer of this page.

These terms (together with the documents referred to in them) set out the conditions of use on which you may use the WatchFace websites. Please read them carefully before using the website. By using the websites you agree to these terms of use.

1. This websites contain images which have been uploaded by users. The users maintain copyright in their uploaded works. You are granted permission to download these images for personal use only. You may not redistribute the images.
2. When you upload any images to this site, you grant the following permissions.

• You grant all users (and future users) permission to make personal use of your images
• You grant Hobbyist Softare permission to use your images under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence

You may only upload images for which you hold the copyright.

We can remove images at any time and for any reason. For example if we receive a copyright complaint.

Nothing in these terms of use shall not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By using this website, you agree to send us a cutlass or a box of chocolates (dairy free please) every 'talk like a pirate' day. Chocolates should be marked 'DynamicWallpapers.net Ts&Cs' and sent by registered post to the registered company address.

Our failure to expressly enforce any provision of these terms and conditions does not waive our rights to enforce that or any other provision.

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our websites.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with anything to do with them (including non-contractual issues) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
